Processing Time
Every piece is handmade or hand-finished by our artisans. Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 3 business days of order confirmation.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items
For custom or made-to-order pieces, the standard delivery timeline below applies only after the item is completed and ready for shipping — not from the date of order confirmation. We will inform you of the expected completion time for such orders separately.

Delivery Timeline
- Within India: 5-7 business days after shipping
- International: approximately 15 business days after shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
- Orders under ₹1,999: flat ₹39 shipping charge
- Orders of ₹1,999 and above: free shipping
