Track your piece, every step of the way. As soon as your advance is paid you get an Order ID and your own tracking page. You can see which master artisan is making your piece, which stage it is in — design, stitching, quality check, dispatch — and progress photos, any time you like.

How a custom Kantha piece is made

  1. Tell us what you want — send a photo, a design or just an idea on WhatsApp +91 94752 93147.
  2. Get a price and timeline — based on fabric, size and how dense the stitching is.
  3. Pay an advance — usually 40%, by UPI or a secure Razorpay link.
  4. The artisan draws and pins the design, then the stitching begins. You can follow every step on your order tracking page.
  5. Quality check, balance payment and dispatch with tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send my own saree or fabric? Yes. We do Kantha job work on your own saree, dupatta or panjabi. Ask on WhatsApp for the price.

Can I see progress? Yes. You get an Order ID and a tracking page, and we share photos as the work moves forward.

Can I cancel a made-to-order piece? Yes, with a full refund, if you cancel before a master artisan is assigned to your piece (usually within 24 hours of the advance). Once the master artisan has been assigned, the fabric and her time are committed, so the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
